Biography
Shokoufeh Abdi was a 40-year-old photographer and mother of two daughters, aged 16 and 11. Originally from Shazand and residing in Arak, she worked at Lotus Photography Studio. She was killed on January 9, 2026, on Janet Street in Arak, by direct fire from security forces/IRGC during nationwide protests. She believed, "Photographs become the narrators of history by capturing a moment."
شکوفه عبدی، عکاس ۴۰ ساله و مادر دو دختر ۱۶ و ۱۱ ساله بود. او اصالتاً اهل شازند و ساکن اراک بود و در آتلیه عکاسی لوتوس فعالیت میکرد. شکوفه عبدی در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در خیابان جنت اراک، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری، با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای امنیتی/سپاه پاسداران کشته شد. او میگفت: «عکسها با ثبت یک لحظه راوی تاریخ میشوند.»
